We are far enough along that this successfully displays the two test bots running:

./swarming.py  bot -S https://chrome-swarming.appspot.com/ -d pool ChromeOS

Rename luci.chromeos.external -> luci.chromiumos.external.

Since these buckets are defined in a chromiumos repo, they need to be
named appropriately.
