Open the URL and select all the text in the result document.  It looks like there are "gaps" in the selection highlight between each InlineTextBox.

There aren't really gaps in the rectangles though. This visual issue is caused because the edges of the highlight rects for each textrun are getting blended with the background due to antialiasing.
