Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable ChromeVox Next.
2. Navigate to any page (ex. Gmail). 
3. Navigate through a specific form control by pressing jump command. Ex. Press "x" to jump through the check boxes on the page.
4. Continue navigating till the cursor reaches the last form control and wraps around to navigate to the first one on the page and take note of what is read.

Expected result?: When the cursor wraps aroundon the page to navigate to the first control on the page, ChromeVox should state "wrap to top".

Observed behavior?: No notification is given.
Works as intended with ChromeVox classic.
