Settings menu crashes Chrome

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click 3 dots on right top corner to open menu list 2. Pick "Settings" 3. What is the expected behavior? After clicking settings it should open a page with them. What went wrong? Its opening page but in less than 3 sec Chrome is stoping to respond and Windows is just closing browser because there are no resolutions for that. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested in chrome #56.0.2924.87 and Canary #58.0.3020.0 on win 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference. @ marek.naruszewicz92: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once let us know the observation of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. Thanks in Advance.
