mosys has been masking EC's error. Past developers of the scripts found their scripts run successfully (mistakenly).

Unfortunately, this can't be fixed until all scripts using mosys are revised.

Until then, the fix (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/439865) is only applied to 'mosys pd chip' command.
