Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://m.post.naver.com/viewer/postView.nhn?volumeNo=6448192
2. Enable Settings->Accessibility->Enable 'force enable zoom'
3. Trying zooming the page using pinch zoom

What is the expected behavior?
The page should zoom properly

What went wrong?
Only if you try pinch zooming at some points it works. 
But once the page load completes, pinch zoom doesn't work on majority of the page
