Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open 2 or 3 tabs in fulscreen
2.  Use the keys CMD + W, CMD + Q . None work.
3. Exit full screen the above keys work

What is the expected behavior?
Previous builds the shortcut keys worked in Full screen mode. Expect this behaviour

What went wrong?
This build has the issue with all shortcut keys to close tabs, open new tab, move from one tab to another in full screen mode
