Add colors to the perf results shown in histograms table by catapult framework. |

Issue descriptionCatapult framework shows perf results as Name, TOT and Patch columns. Name TOT Patch avg_surface_fps 49 60 If we add colors to the results, it would help identifying which one is better easily. e.g. As 60 is better, show the text in green color, for 49 show the text in red color. For almost equal results, use black color only.

Colors are used when the reference column is selected. Hence won't fix. |
