postprocess_for_goma.upload_log should not be green when uploading failed

postprocess_for_goma.upload_log is green, but send_ts_mon was failed.

Why is this step green? I believe this step should be red (fail) or at least orange (warning).

Is this bug still active? I recall this being fixed, but I'm not sure. Removing the recipes label as I expect this is a bug in the goma recipe module, not in the recipe platform itself.
