Open Chrome's Task Manager by pressing Shift-Esc within the browser and screenshot it. It should be more telling.

You can delete the attachment. Anyway, it doesn't show anything abnormal. Do you see many chrome processes in Windows Task Manager at the same time right now?
,

I did 5 minutes ago but I had to delete all of them again because they were taking so much space in my task manager.. I would gain that many tabs every time I would start using chrome, even if i restart it or my computer, its been like that for weeks! I am sure in a couple of hours it will gain as many tasks as it used to before as it is it's normal habitat now

Haha my apologizes, I have had to restart my computer a couple of times this week since I had to install drivers and apply a new thermal paste on my cpu, so I didnt get to catch on enough time to let the chrome tasks grow! Its day 2, and as right now, it takes a little bit longer to progressively collect that many tasks, its not incredibly a lot this time, but here!

awesomedanx@ in order to understand why google chrome create so many windows processes, please go through "https://www.technipages.com/why-does-google-chrome-create-so-many-windows-processes" You can prevent Google Chrome from running extensions or plugins in the background by toggling a setting. Select “Menu” Menu icon > “Settings” > “Show advanced settings…” and uncheck the “Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed” option in the “System” section. Please follow the above step and let us know your observations.

Oh, I mean, I do understand how chrome tasks work! Its just that in my case, the amount of the tasks were too extreme and couldnt justify all the extensions and tabs I am running haha, it never brought so many before! I have reported it as I assumed that it was a bug on canary that should have been fixed, and I did it eventually did get fixed as I dont really get to experience the same problem anymore just a couple weeks ago! it seems like the problem tuned down!
