WiFi shuts off when screen is closed when using Keep Awake/VideoStream to Chromecast

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8872.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.105 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8872.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel cyan Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open VideoStream and cast content to Chromecast 2. Set KeepAwake to Awake mode 3. Close Lid What is the expected behavior? Wifi should stay on so that content can be cast to Chromecast What went wrong? Wifi shuts off after about a minute. Did this work before? Yes Not sure Chrome version: 55.0.2883.105 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8872.76.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
