Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-10, Windows-7,Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome canary version 58.0.3019.0 and stable version 56.0.2924.87 with the steps mentioned in comment#0.

I logged out my account and delete all the extensions, is it enough or a clean profile is to reinstall Chrome? The issue still persists.

miguelms...@, the most reliable method of ensuring pristine environment:
1. exit chrome Ctrl-Shift-Q
2. in Explorer open C:\Users\*****yourname*****\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome
3. rename "User Data" to "-User Data"

After running Chrome and testing, delete the newly created "User Data" and rename your old one back.

1. Did you actually disable them on chrome://extensions page?

2. Post here the contents of chrome://version page in your old profile and in that pristine profile.

3. Did you ever change anything on chrome://flags page? Open it and see if there are any white-colored entries other than the default gray-colored ones. Post here the list of those, then press "Reset all to default" button on the top of that page, restart, and see if the issue is gone.

PROBLEM: when I restart the chrome after renaming "-User Data" everything goes right, but if I close and open Google Chrome the problem reappears.

My guess is something funky happens in your profile. Can you create a new profile and get rid of the old one?

I've deleted the last profile.

The first time I use the pristine versión, YouTube runs right and can play videos. But IF I RESTART the browser the problem appears, and the videos doesn't run.

Tested the issue on Windows-10, Windows-7, Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using Chrome Canary 58.0.3026.0 and stable version 56.0.2924.87 with the steps mentioned in comment#0 and issue is not reproduced.
Reporter@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest version and let us know your observations if the issue still persists.

Removing "Needs-Bisect" label as of now.Please feel free to add if the issue occurs.

The problem still persist. I have uninstalled Chrome, reinstall, and only the first time I open the program after install I can play YouTube videos, if I close and open again the problem appears.

Testd with Canary 59.0.3035.0 (Build oficial) canary (64 bits) and Chrome Stable version 56.0.2924.87 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

I can play with Edge, Firefox, Opera, etc... only I can't with Chrome.

Since playback works on a clean profile it suggests that you either have an extension or malware breaking playback.

When the browser is in the broken state, can you navigate to chrome://crash/ in a new tab then report the id you see in chrome://crashes/ 

Are you signing into Chrome after reinstall? Can you skip the sign in step and see if you are able to play videos then on relaunch? Please report the contents of chrome://extensions if not.

Sorry for don't answer before. I was very busy. I Wasn't signing after the reinstall. I will try to make a clean profile without signing and i will tell you.

The Id in chrome://crashes as mentioned in comment #15 is meant to be the server id as in the screenshot attached(yellow highlighted one).

Please provide the server id for further triaging.
