AnimationWorklet - parse animator CSS properties

We should be able to parse these values as defined here[1]:
animator: <animator-name>
animator-root: <animator-name>

Should this be 'WontFix - Obsolete' now that we aren't parsing CSS for V1, and do not yet have a firm grasp on what the eventual CSS syntax will look like?
