Add information about the target page in the side swipe pane

Project Member Reported by olivierrobin@chromium.org, Feb 21 2017

Issue description

There should be an indication about the page the user is navigating to when opening a Reading List item with the side swipe controller.
Options are:
- URL
- page title
- number of the item / number of available items

or any combination of this.

Amy: this is in reference to recommendations from Alex in this UI review thread: https://goo.gl/qkumUs
If we want to do this, we will need mocks on what to put in the text, how and how to center it when the pane is swiped.
The stays centered in the grey section during swipe.

Adding text to a small transitional space introduces complexity to a light & quick interaction. After discussion, concluded current behavior without text is the preferred solution.
