Crasher in profile switcher menu with account consistency

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable account consistency in chrome://flags
(2) Sign in
(3) Open the profile switcher menu
(4) Click on "My Accounts"
(5) Move the mouse over the your account

What happens instead?
Chrome crashes

Linux/Windows: Crash in profile switcher menu with account consistency enabled

BackgoundColorHoverButton always needs the ProfileChooserView to know
the system theme.
