(3) Click the plus symbol next to a CL to expand it
(4) Click the link to the right of 'Review-Url:'

What is the expected result?
Link should take you to the review CL e.g. https://codereview.chromium.org/2539093002

What happens instead?
Link has extra text on the end of the URL, leading to a 404, e.g. https://codereview.chromium.org/2539093002%0ACr-Commit-Position
