Please add separating lines to bookmark menus

Reported by hperaz...@gmail.com, Feb 21 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
A simple "Add Separator" option in the Bookmarks manager

What went wrong?
Not implemented.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

The previous excuse (dating from 2010) for not implementing such a simple feature was pretty lame. If there are separators in Chrome's menus, there ought to be separators in the users' Bookmarks menus. We, users, need them.

This seems to be a feature request. Could anyone from dev team please have a look into this issue.

Hence, marking this issue as untriaged.

Thanks...!!

Well said seperators in the menu why not for bookmarks?
note, separators cannot be replaced by folders, because folders need a second click and submenus are difficult to navigate
