Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.54 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open dev tools 2. Open device mode 3. Select "Responsive" as device What is the expected behavior? User agent should be "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.54 Safari/537.36" What went wrong? User agent is "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 6.0; Nexus 5 Build/MRA58N) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.54 Mobile Safari/537.36" (or should be changeable) Did this work before? No Chrome version: 57.0.2987.54 Channel: beta OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 While developing a responsive site, the "Responsive" device is very handy for inspecting and tweaking break points. Unfortunately, due to how it present itself it tricks our server to serve the mobile device version of the page, making it hard to tweak the responsiveness of our desktop version.

There is a solution for you: click on "three dots menu" at the top right of device mode screen, then "add device type" and choose "desktop" from the select appeared. I guess we should make this more discoverable... |
