Regression: Grey focus highlight stuck on 'ADD WORD' button in chrome://md-settings/editDictionary.

Chrome Version: 58.0.3018.2 Revision 9684a56837d6ddb675c417f4adf046583c8db38a-refs/branch-heads/3018@{#2}
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/editDictionary
(2) Type word in new word field,then click on 'ADD WORD' and observe.

Actual: Grey focus highlight stuck on 'ADD WORD' button.

Expected: 'ADD WORD' button should seen properly.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 58’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:58.0.3005.2
Bad build: 58.0.3006.0

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux and Mac OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:58.0.3005.2 (Revision: 448507)
Bad build: 58.0.3006.0 (Revision: 448862)

You are probably looking for a change made after 448523 (known good), but no later than 448524 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

This looks like intended behaviour... scottchen@ could you please check and update..

That's not a highlight - we added code to disable the button when there are no words in the textfield, so yeah this is the intended behavior.
