Make the 'Edit folder name' dialog box wider

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right-click on a folder name on the bookmarks toolbar
2. Choose Rename
3. Observe dialog box is very narrow

What is the expected behavior?
I expected it would be wider.

What went wrong?
I can't see full folder names in such a small box.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
