Steps to reproduce:
(1) Load two svg graphics (One with animation and one without) inside a table cell inside an iFrame.
(2) display and hide the graphic (without animation) or reload the table cell randomly many times in a minute. 

Expected result:
Graphic animation should work as it is supposed to be; the one without animation should display and hide normally.

Actual result:

Random flickering is observed with flash of white color in the table cell.
White flashing and its momentarily. does not stay for long time.

Tried to replace the svg animation and tried with webkit animation and keyframe animation, but flashing or flickering still exists
