Chrome Version       : Canary 58.0.3017.0

There is a large increase in reports on issue tag #issue>WebContent>Performance>ColorTint since Feb 18th. Numbers of reports shot from 2 to 81 within 24 hours. 


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open Chrome Canary 
(2)Go to google.com and you'll see there is a strange tint on the colours of the Google logo. 

Note I cant repro this locally. 

What is the expected result?
Google logo appears in usual colours with no strange tint. 

What happens instead?
Google logo appears with a strange tint - see attached screenshot.
