pitch zoom impossible to decrease the actual zoom level

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. pitch zoom-in working with two fingers from any zoom percent
2. but pitch zoom-out never going under the presented zoom level

What is the expected behavior?
I want to decrease the zoom level by my fingers like I can with mouse or keyboard combinations. 100% can increase like expected, but never can decrease by finger.

What went wrong?
zoom-out not working by finger. (zoom-in after zoom-out to the start zoom level working nicely, but I can't go under the start zoom level)

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested in chrome # 56.0.2924.87 and Canary #58.0.3019.0 on win 10.0 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference.

@ hegyalja2008: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, provide us with a sample URL of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

zoom in working, but
try to ZOOM OUT (I am talking about only zoom out)!

or in other words try to decrease the zoom level of the page by your fingers.
