Steps to reproduce:
 1.  Launch any app (say : Safari).
 2.  Launch chrome in Multitasking mode.
 3.  Tap on Menu > Reading list.
 4.  Swipe the app to full screen.
  
Observed results:
Reading list text is displayed as “Your reading list is available offline.To add a page to your reading list, tap Menu > Share > Read Later”

Expected results:
Reading list text should be updated too “Your reading list is available offline.To add a page to your reading list, tap Share > Read Later”
