Issue descriptionCurrently there is no way to figure out by https://cs.chromium.org/ how to provide feedback. Finding Infra>Codesearch took me quite a long time. Why not having "Feedback" link somewhere which would point to prefilled template at least with Infra>Codesearch?

Sorry for not having a better way to give feedback at the moment. We want to add the Chrome infra feedback button to the UI. Hopefully we can get to this soon.

We share our UI with internal code search and we don't have the resources to maintain our own Chromium-specific UI. Assigning to dsansome in case he knows how/if we can include this in the UI we get from internal code search.
