Support <geometry-box> for 'clip-path' |

Issue description

Sure, feel free to look into this. Assign yourself if you do. This is not a new property, but rather an additional keyword in the 'clip-path' property - see the links above. Some examples of usage would be: clip-path: padding-box; clip-path: circle(50%) padding-box; /* or the other way around */ I'm not sure if there any previous CLs that would be useful to look at, but relevant components beyond CSS parsing would be ClipPathClipper and its users (PaintLayerPainter and SVGPaintContext). IIRC this is implemented in both Gecko and WebKit, so you can use them to compare with (and also look at the implementation if you'd like.)
