Weird behaviour is observed at the bottom of overlay after pressing tab key.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3018.0 (Official Build) 5e7216844858ad1d08a70ac7aeef88547db2be7f-refs/heads/master@{#451537} 64 bit
OS:Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to any webpage,Hit cmd+F and enter any text 'chrome' in find box.
(2)Right click on text and select 'facebook' or 'twitter' option under 'Share' via context menu.
(3)Now press tab key and observe at the bottom of overlay.

Actual: Weird behaviour is observed at the bottom of overlay after pressing tab key.(i.e.flickering of overlay)

Expected: Traverse of focus should be smooth after pressing tab key.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M38' series i.e 38.0.2125.0

Note: Issue not seen on Win & Linux OS.

This is a macOS bug as far as I can tell: I can reproduce it in other Mac apps that support sharing. You should file a bug with Apple.
