Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3018.0 dev OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome an go to chrome://md-settings/autofill (2)Click ADD button for addresses, Zoom-out the page to 90% and Observe(kindly refer video) Actual Result:Unnecessary scrollbar is observed when page is zoomed-out to 90% Expected Result:No such Scrollbar appears when page is zoomed out to 90%. Not able to reproduce on ubuntu or mac on version 58.0.3021.0. Judging by the nature of the bug, it seems to only be repro with a very specific viewport size. If you're able to reproduce it, could you tell me what viewport height your chrome was?

Able to reproduce issue on Ubuntu 14.04,Windows (#58.0.3021.0 dev) Resolution of chrome: 1366 x 768(16:9)

The area is still slightly scrollable (it's not meant to be perfect at 90% or any other zoom level for that matter), so showing the scrollbar is appropriate. |
