Regression:3 dot menu is not displaying in content setting page after giving long name. |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3018.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and go to chrome://md-settings. (2)Navigate to the content settings. (3)click on the location section and add any location with long name and observe(after adding make tab from the page till 3 dot menu). Note:this is happening in all the tabs of content settings page. Expected: 3 dot menu should be displayed after giving the long name . Actual: Instead 3 dot menu should be displayed after giving the long name. This is a regression issue broken in M-55. You are probably looking for a change made after 423227 (known good), but no later than 423228 (first known bad).
