Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18385630/test.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit any site using this font and weight 300 What is the expected behavior? Font weight displays correctly What went wrong? This has been working and displaying correctly for months in Chrome on my PC. It still does display correctly in Edge, Internet Explorer and in Chrome on other PCs and Macs. The problem started happening a few days ago, only on my PC. I can't think of what has changed. On a hunch, I installed Opera on this same PC, and the issue still occurs. As such, the problem is caused by some unique circumstances in place on my PC, and happens with Chromium browsers. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Please let me know how I can diagnose or assist further. I've attached some screenshots of the test page in various browsers.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac 10.12.2 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #56.0.2924.87 and latest canary #58.0.3018.0. Bisect Information: ===================== Good build: 43.0.2337.0 Revision(321099) Bad Build : 43.0.2338.0 Revision(321321) Change Log URL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/d799dd2f08bc21b822b9d8a6c8cbbd62d510f499..1b9c0f6571baefe70dad41d504cbe3136ce41ae4 From the above change log, unable to find any possible suspect. Could anyone from dev team please help us in assigning it to the right owner. Thanks...!!

kierenj@, if you delete "local('Raleway Light')," and "local('Raleway-Light')," from your test.html (line 21), would it fix the problem? If so, it could be Bug 627143.
krajshree@, I think that bisect point is unrelated to this issue. Chrome 43.0.2337.0 or earlier could not parse this font file, and fell back to default font.

ksakamoto@ Yes, that does indeed fix it for me. I have a local version of the Raleway font installed it seems - though very confusing: it doesn't appear in the Control Panel Fonts list, nor in c:\windows\fonts, and I can't find any file containing Raleway on my HDD. But it's there in apps' fonts lists..
