Tested on windows 10 using chrome stable M56 #56.0.2924.87 and issue is reproduced. Issue is seen from M30 #30.0.1549.0 and is a non-regression issue. Marking it as untriaged for further inputs. Attached screencast for reference. Note : Issue is seen only on windows 10 and not in any other os. Thanks!
