when i pull the tab to open a new window the url bar and everything else up is unclickable and i cant move the page

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open chrome 2. add new tab 3. pull new tab to new window 4. attempt to click url What is the expected behavior? for the url to allow typing, for the buttons to be clickable, and for the page to be movable What went wrong? it suddenly nolonger was able to click anything above the url or to the sides of the url Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 if yall have heard of this problem sorry to report it again i just couldnt find anything else on it when i looked

Tested on windows 10 , windows 7 using chrome stable M56 #56.0.2924.87 and issue is not observed. Steps followed : 1. Launched chrome and added new tab , pulled new tab to new window and clicked on address bar and typed and all other buttons are observed to be clickable. Attahed screencast for reference. @w0433209-- Could you please check the attached screencast and confirm us if we had missed out anything to reproduce the issue and also please try in a fresh chrome profile without any extensions and check if you can still reproduce the issue , provide us the screencast of the steps of the issue for easy traige. Thanks!
