complete content windows colours are greyed / dull

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3017.1 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open browser
2. googlesearch home page have greyed out colours
3. any page opened in content window has same problems

What is the expected behavior?
to show normal colours - checked with firefox same pages, colours on firefox are normal

What went wrong?
greyed out colours

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3017.1  Channel: 
OS Version: 10.0

Seems a duplicate of  issue 694191 , fixed in 58.0.3020.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-10, Windows-7, Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using Chrome Canary 58.0.3026.0, stable version 56.0.2924.87 and reported version 58.0.3017.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0.
Reporter@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest version and let us know your observations if the issue still persists.
