What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install The Great Suspender.
2. Close a bunch of tabs.
3. Try to reopen a suspended tab.
What is the expected result?
The history WebUI page should not mysteriously scroll upwards after ctrl+clicking the link I want to restore.
What happens instead of that?
It scrolls upwards and changes the focus. This makes it really annoying to try to reconstruct a session that was destroyed by Chrome crashing multiple times in a row.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Any thing I can do to help make this work? I just had my session restore state wiped out, and clicking any great suspender link makes the chrome://history page shift around completely unpredictably.

I'm no longer working on Chrome, and unlikely to fix any bug I'm currently assigned. So this bug doesn't languish, I'm unassigning myself.
