Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome with the versions mentioned in the bug
2. Try to open up a new tab using Cmd+T, or switch between tabs by Ctrl+Tab

What is the expected behavior?
I expect keyboard shortcuts such as new tab and switch between tabs to work.

What went wrong?
After the new official dev update, it doesn't seem to work anymore.
