Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. start up Chromebook
2. click on the system menu button in the lower-right corner

What is the expected behavior?
Next to the battery percentage, it is supposed to show for example "54 minutes until full" when charging, or "54 minutes left" when not charging.

What went wrong?
The "54 minutes" part is simply missing. It just shows "until full" when charging and "left" when not charging.

Did this work before? Yes I just switched to beta channel before filing this bug (to see if it was fixed there), but the latest stable version where this functionality still worked was 56.0.2924.87
