I was trying to root-cause the failure described in  issue 693597 .  The DUT logs for the failed test are collected before the failure, so are useless.  I am used to looking for those logs in the job bucket for the following test, and sometime finding them.  But this time I found this instead:

These results have been deleted rather than offloaded.
This is the expected behavior for passing jobs from the Commit Queue.

So this is a bit of a problem.
