[Predator]  Check all changelogs in regression ranges instead of only matched changelogs

Right now, we only scoring changelogs that touched files in stacktrace (TouchCrashedFile feature is non-zero), however we are also interested in cls which touched crashed directory but didn't touch crashed file. So we need to check all changelogs in regression range.
