gs seccomp crash

Project Member Reported by justincarlson@chromium.org, Feb 18 2017

Issue description

When testing usb printing, I found some print jobs under hpcups need the fstatfs syscall, which is currently blocked by the seccomp filters for cupsd.

The following revision refers to this bug:
  https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/overlays/chromiumos-overlay/+/27b690efaee46dcb57b48e1c679793c23b548d1f

commit 27b690efaee46dcb57b48e1c679793c23b548d1f
Author: Justin Carlson <justincarlson@chromium.org>
Date: Mon Feb 27 20:03:21 2017

cups: Add fstatfs[64] to allowed syscalls for cupsd.

Ghostscript uses this...for some reason...when called from hpcups. It seems
harmless, so enable it.
