[Predator] Add ``TouchedCrashedDirectory`` feature

``TouchedCrashedDirectory`` indicates whether a changelog tounched crash directories in stacktrace or not.

By implementing this, we can match changelogs in regression range with stacktrace by directories. Delta test is needed to measure the impact of this new feature.
