What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use Secure Shell app:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/secure-shell/pnhechapfaindjhompbnflcldabbghjo
(2) Double click and hold to start selecting
(3) Drag off the bottom of the page

What is the expected result?
Selection is copied.

What happens instead?
Never get "Selection copied' toast, and pasting shows that it was not copied.

Note, if you single click to start selecting and then drag off the page, then it works correctly. Only when you double click to start the selection does it fail.
