Touchpad cursor doesn't work when video pause and idle sometime

Chrome Version       : 58.0.3007.0 
Platform: chrome OS 9280.0.0 candy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  Played youtube video for 10 mins
(2)  Pause video and kept 15 mins idle
(3)  Go back to the video and check the touchpad cursor  

What is the expected result?
Touchpad cursor should move around
What happens instead?
Hang the Touchpad cursor

Please note that keyboard working properly but only touchpad cursor doesn't work.

I'm able to reproduce the issue on Chrome 58.0.3007.0/ CrOS 9280.0.0 on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6p88drRuzc with connecting headphone to device.

Not reproduce the issue when I didn't connect headphone and make "mute" while playing the video.
