Recipe tests can't have spaces in them

Currently causes issues with landing any CLs which affect that test on Rietveld. Gerrit lands them fine.

For now, I'm disallowing them in the engine. Might want to re-allow them later. Spaces in file names isn't the best. Although, not allowing spaces in names can be unnatural.

Consider a whitelisting approach rather than blacklisting. Should be more robust.
