emilyschechter@, is anyone looking at the whitepaper-link [1]? This still seems very chrome-specific, so we may want to revise this before M-61 goes to stable. Or did we decide to leave this as-is?

I think it will be very difficult to create a version of the whitepaper that is not Chrome specific. Do you know if WV has anything like this?

I don't think WebView has its own page. It would be nice if we could share the content (similar to what we did for the learn-more-link in issue 723125). This is a lengthier section though.

I'm not sure what the best course of action is. Do you have any suggestions?
