Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. launch dev tools
2. click on remote devices
3. find your device and inspect
4. click reload
5. website reloads and timeline is created
6. review screenshots captured in film strip
7. the images do not match what happens on the phone

What is the expected behavior?
if you run the same test, with the same website in desktop. not remote device. the sequence of images you see in the timeline film strip correctly match what you see when you reload the page. 

What went wrong?
2 issues i see. 1 that the image strip is out of order or incomplete. the second is that the timeline cuts off say at 6 seconds but i know the loading isn't complete till 8 seconds. 

Did this work before? Yes I know it worked on july 28th because that's when i took the working screenshot

i've tried canary, chromium, chrome and even chrome 48 and up. none worked for me. i also tried it on the same device i used back then and an s6. both broken
