Incorrect URL elide on desktop

URLs (if applicable) : https://secure-google-com-not-malicious-testing.github.io

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open https://secure-google-com-not-malicious-testing.github.io
2. Resize the window to be narrow.

What is the expected result?
github.io part of the URL should be visible.

What happens instead of that?
secure-google-com part of the URL is visible, as stated in https://www.chromium.org/Home/chromium-security/enamel#TOC-Eliding-Origin-Names-And-Hostnames.

possible.
