Regression: Cursor is not centre aligned in Filter textbox of devtools

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3015.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools on any page >> Go to Network tab 
(2)Observe cursor in Filter box

Expected: Cursor should be center aligned.
Actual: Instead it seen somewhat up.[Extra gap is seen between cursor down end and border of filter box].

This is a regression issue broken in M58.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 58.0.3004.0 (Revision: 448183).
Bad build: 58.0.3005.2 (Revision: 448507).

You are probably looking for a change made after 448455 (known good), but no later than 448456 (first known bad).

Note:Able to reproduce the issue in Ubuntu 14.04 Not in Win 10.0 and Mac 10.12.3 and able to reproduce in latest canary #58.0.3015.0



Just to update!
Issue is still seen on Linux Ubuntu-14.04 with chrome version 58.0.3020.0

Tested on ubuntu 14.04 using chrome M59 #59.0.3047.0 and issue is not reproduced, seems issue is fixed.

@sc00335628-- Could you please check in  latest chrome and update the thread.

Checked the issue on Linux 59.0.3047.0 dev and is got fixed,it is no longer reproducible.
