On the new MD-OOBE "Welcome!" page, press either the language or Accessibility buttons to go to those settings sub-pages. From either of those pages, pressing ESC should close them and return to the main Welcome page. Ideally, ESC would also discard any changes made on that page.
Note that if a menu is open on the language page, the first ESC should only close the menu; the second ESC should close the page.
