Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
On Android 7.0 the WebView implementation is normally provided by Chrome instead to save update bandwidth and disk space. If you want to continue testing the beta version, you can install Chrome Beta, and then select it as the WebView implementation in the Android developer settings menu.
