Missing "Media Licenses" in the "Cookies and site data" dialog

In the "Cookies and site data" dialog (chrome://settings/cookies), "Media Licenses" are shown if the domain has data stored by the Widevine plugin. However, if the domain has a Remote Attestation license, it should be shown as well (and allow the user to remove it if necessary).

Note that sites can have either (or both) types of data, and simply using the current "Media Licenses" node is not sufficient to remove all Remote Attestation licenses.
